Ms. Teresa Drexler is an attorney in the Domestic Relations Division. Ms. Drexler is a native of Phoenix, Arizona and relocated to Colorado Springs after law school. Ms. Drexler graduated from Western New England College School of Law where she earned a position on the Dean's List. Upon arriving in Colorado, Ms. Drexler founded Legal Consultants, a Colorado limited liability company, where she concentrated in the areas of family law and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Drexler served as a Deputy District Attorney for the 4th Judicial District in El Paso County, Colorado. Ms. Drexler has vast experience in criminal cases and is certainly no stranger to the practice of domestic law. Ms. Drexler's dedication to family law was evident early on in law school where Ms. Drexler formed the Family Law Association and advocated for the rights and responsibilities of parents. Ms. Drexler has also handled domestic litigation issues including contested divorce proceedings, dependency and neglect hearings, civil and criminal protection order hearings, and allocation and modification of parental responsibilities (parenting time, child support, and allocation of extraordinary medical expenses).
