Caryn J. Adams is a former Prosecutor with the El Paso County District Attorney's Office and is truly one of the brightest Criminal Defense attorneys in Colorado Springs. Ms. Adams' extensive experience as a former prosecutor brings a valued perspective to the firm's Criminal Defense practice.

She is licensed to practice law in the states of Colorado and California. Her trial experience is extensive as she has tried approximately 75 jury and non-jury trials since 2003. Her specialty areas include: DUI/DWAI, Domestic Violence (Misdemeanor and Felony), Drug Crimes, Property Crimes (Burglary, Theft, Identity Theft, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespass), Fraud and Forgery, Violent Crimes (Robbery, Assault), Driving and Traffic Offenses, Escapes, Weapons Cases. Additionally, she has experience in Appellate and Post-Conviction Issues.

Ms. Adams is a graduate from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, CA and holds several honors from that institution including the Boalt Hall Alumni Fellowship; the Jamison Prize for Scholarship and Advocacy; and Traynor Moot Court Competition: Best Brief and Outstanding Individual Speaker. She is published in the Berkeley Technology Law Journal Annual Review of Law and Technology 29 (2002).
