Attorney Allen C. Gasper is responsible for the law firm's criminal defense representation. In addition to drunk driving, drug charges and domestic assault, he offers special experience in sexual offenses and Colorado's Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) rules and regulations. Mr. Gasper served with the El Paso County District Attorney's Office and as a Public Defender in Douglas County before beginning his private practice, and has lived in worked in Colorado Springs for 30 years. In addition to his law practice, he serves as a Teen Court judge in Colorado Springs Municipal Court.
Our legal team includes associate attorneys Caryn J. Adams, Carrie E. Kelly, Bill Edie, and Teresa Drexler, all former prosecutors, and a support staff led by Chief Investigator, Mark C. Cohrs, Senior Research Paralegal and Firm Administrator, Robert R. Gray, and Criminal Defense Paralegal, Tonya L. Holliday. Mr. Edie recently joined the firm after nineteen years in the El Paso County District Attorney's office, where he headed the economic crimes division and the Grand Jury. He spearheads our growing practice in white collar crime defense.
